Take a normal blender
Put two scoops of Vanilla Protein powder
Put two scoops of dry oatmeal
Put a handful of nuts( pecans or almonds)
Put couple of slices of fruit of your choice( pineapple, apple) or blueberries, raspberries etc.
Put of cup of water
Add some cubes of Ice
Blend it and Drink it!
